Booking

You can request a provisional hold (option) for ten days. This gives you time to finalize your plans. Confirmation of charter is required within 10 days or your option will be cancelled.

Confirmation of charter - Payments

You receive by mail or email, the Yacht Charter Agreement, and the crew list.

You sign the contract and you fill in the crew list.
You are expected to deposit the first payment 40% of the total charter fee, to our bank account.

You send us back by mail the Yacht Charter Agreement signed, the crew list, and the receipt of the first payment.

The balance, 60% of the charter fee, can be paid by the same way as above or by cash on the embarkation day.

After receiving the documents, we, the yacht and the itinerary you selected, will be there just for you.

Cancellation

When cancellation is announced 46 to 60 days before the departure, 80% of the down payment will be returned.

When cancellation is announced 30 to 45 days before the departure, 50% of the down payment will be returned.

When cancellation is announced the last 30 days before the departure, 100% of the down payment will be retained.

In any of the above cases, we guarantee that the total charter fee, less 300€ (cancellation fee), will be returned if the yacht is re-booked for the same period under the same conditions.
